General Information
We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 USD. All orders are fulfilled within 1 - 3 business days. All packages are insured and trackable, an email containing the tracking number of your order will be sent to you when it has been shipped.
United States
- We carry most of our inventory in Riverside, CA.
- If the products are available in our U.S. warehouse, they will be shipped via Fedex ground, DHL express or USPS. Shipping times average between 2 - 5 days.
- If the products aren’t available at our U.S. warehouse, they will be shipped via HK post. Shipping times average between 20 - 30 days.
- Shipping cost is $9 USD for orders below $80 USD.
Canada
- We carry part of our inventory in our office located in Banff, AB.
- If the products are available at our office location, they will be shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel TM. Shipping times average between 5 - 10 days.
- If the products aren’t available at our office, they will be shipped via HK post. Shipping times average between 20 - 30 days.
- Shipping cost is $10 USD for orders below $80 USD.
